This study aimed to identify the effect of the multisensory strategy on developing spatial thinking skills among fifth-grade female students in Jordan. To achieve this, a quasi-experimental design was used. A teacher's guide was developed to teach the material according to the multisensory strategy, and a spatial thinking skills test was created. The test items measured three sub-skills among the students: spatial perception, mental rotation, and spatial visualization. The test's validity and reliability were verified. The study sample consisted of 57 fifth-grade female students during the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. The students were divided into two sections: one was randomly assigned as the experimental group (29 students) and the other as the control group (28 students). The results showed statistically significant differences at the significance level (α=0.05) between the mean performance scores of the experimental and control groups in all dimensions of the spatial thinking skills test, favoring the experimental group that studied using the multisensory strategy.
