The current study aimed to identify the extent to which fear of missing out contributes to predicting digital well-being among students at the University of Jordan. A descriptive-analytical approach was used. The study sample consisted of (380) students (male and female) selected randomly. The Fear of Missing Out Scale and the Digital Well-being Scale were administered, and their psychometric properties were determined. The results showed that the levels of both fear of missing out and digital well-being were moderate. The study also demonstrated that fear of missing out has a predictive power for digital well-being, and that there is an negative relationship between the two variables.
